Tim Maher
Tim Maher joined the mortgage banking industry in 1990 before founding Greenwich Home Mortgage with Jim Brown in 1993. After joining Investors Bank in 2008, he helped the company grow their residential lending group from under $300 million to $1.4 billion annually. Tim joined the NJ Lenders family in April 2022.
Over the years, Tim received the President’s Club and Circle of Excellence awards for his work in originations and sales management, but when asked about the highlights of his career, Tim points to “recruiting individuals into the mortgage industry, mentoring and coaching them as they strive to become successful mortgage professionals, and continuing to support their career growth.”
Tim is proud to be mentoring mortgage professionals at NJ Lenders. He offers his support and advice to those looking to successfully grow their business without sacrificing a work-life balance. Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing and skiing.
